Sift flour in a large bowl and make a well in the centre. Dissolve yeast in the water then add to flour. Add sugar, milk and salt. Mix until a soft dough is formed. If it is sticky sprinkle some flour and knead until smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and leave to rest for about 30 minutes. Make balls from dough and roll out to 10cm rounds. Heat a flat-based pan over a medium heat. Lightly oil the pan and cook bazlama for 2-3 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Brush bazlama with melted butter before serving, if desired. Done! :)
