Angkoo Kueh also known as kuih koo or kuih peria. This is one of my favorite authentic nyonya kuih besides kuih bingka beras. For this recipe, I substituted green beans or moong/mung beans with red beans as I love the taste of the sweet red beans and also the combination of sweet potatoes and the chewiness texture of the glutinous flour. The aroma of the banana leaves makes it even tastier :))

Tak pernah lagi akak makan kuih angko ni. Selalunya org China je yg jual kan. Cantik betul hasil kerja tangan Deliah. BTW your easy peanut butter and vanilla ice cream tu looks yummy. I should try this for my kids
