8 slices of bread - cut into small squares
1 cup of fresh milk
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat egg, sugar and milk.
Pour on bread. Mix together.
Leave for a while until the bread is totally soaked.
Steamed for about 40 mins.
CARAMELIZED PINEAPPLE SAUCE...
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cups pineapple juice
2 slices of pineapple
Bring sugar and pineapple juice to boil.
Add pineapple. Cook until thicken.
Pour generously on top of pudding, and serve warm.
You could just have it this way; upside down, out of the cup, and into a saucer with rich pineapple caramel :)
