All you need are 2 tomatoes (slice), 3 red hot chillies of any variety, (Thai chili, African Birdseye, Cili Padi or even Pimento if you want it milder) and salt to taste. Pound everything in 'lesung batu' (stone mortar pestle) - done. Everything are freshly raw and appetizing! Add in some mint leaves as garnishing and serve. This goes well with beef curry and beryani rice - voila! :)
