ASAM PEDAS AYAM....belacan free :)))





Masukkan 1 cawan minyak dalam periuk.Tumis bahan-bahan kisar iaitu 7 bj cili kering,5 bj cili hidup, 5 bj bawang merah,3 bj bawang putih,1/2 inci kunyit hidup,1/2 inci halia dan sejemput ikan bilis sehingga garing. Masukkan air dan 4/5 keping ayam. Kemudian, masukkan asam keping/gelugur 2 keping,tauhu putih 2 keping (potong2),gula,garam secukup rasa dan seikat daun kesum. Biar mendidih dan masukkan 1 bj tomato potong. Beres - cicah roti pun sedap!

PUDING ROTI KUKUS...dengan sos vanila. :)


Jenguk2 dapur SUZI dapatlah resepi ni tapi instead of bakar, saya kukus puding roti tu selama 15-20 mins dan tambah 2 biji kentang rebus yang dilenyek. TQ sebab bagi idea bt ni ya Suzi. :)

8-10 keping roti
500ml susu segar
4 sudu besar gula
2 biji kentang rebus *lenyek
2 sudu butter
2 biji telur
sedikit esen vanilla

Rendam roti dgn susu dan masukkan gula. Biar hingga roti kembang. (tambah roti kalau perlu). Pukul telur dan masukkan dalam bekas berisi roti dan susu. Masukkan kentang dan gaul sebati. Kukus 15-20 mins. Makan bersama sos vanila. Ni resepinya:
*2 sudu tepung jagung dimasak bersama 200ml susu segar, 3 sudu gula dan sedikit vanilla sehingga agak pekat. Tuang atas puding roti kukus. :)


Sebenarnya puding roti ialah dessert yang amat mudah & tiga langkah sahaja diperlukan :
siat roti, rendam & bakar@kukus. :)

5 MINUTES MUESLI BAR :)





The easiest muesli bar on earth and this tasty &
chewy muesli bar is delicious, simple and nutritious too :)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of desiccated coconut, 1 cup of corn flakes,1 cup nestum(wheatgerm) and oat, 1/2 cup of honey or sugar,100 grm butter, 1/2 cup of raisins, 1 cup sunflower kernels and 1/2 of rice krispies. * Ikut suka nak letak apa-apa.

Preparations:
Grease square baking tin then set aside. Cook the butter, honey and sugar*optional in a small saucepan and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Add butter mixture to dry ingredients. Stir well then quickly pour the mixture into the tin. Press the mixture down firmly and evenly. Allow to cool ( I put mine in the fridge) and then chop into small squares or rectangles and yum,yum,yum! Enjoy!

SESAME STREET DINNER DESSERT

Ni hasilnya - kalau nak layernya lebih tebal dgn coklat,jgn tekan kuat2. Tapi kalau mcm ni,rupa dia mcm kek lapis. Kek Lapis 5 Minit!














Sesame Street - sebab resepi ni saya dapat dari buku Sesame Street. Masa kecil saya suka baca buku ni. Dalamnya ada resepi untuk kanak-kanak. Resepi ni paling saya suka sebab mudah sangat. Lagipun nak ingat sukatan yang betul kalau guna koko atau milo, leceh betul dan dapur pun berkecah ;). So, the easiest way is to get a bar of cooking chocolate. Rasanya macam brownies sikit-sikit. Yummy!


Bahan-Bahan:
1. 1 keping coklat masakan (cooking chocolate) 250-300gm
2. 1 tin susu cair
3. ½ tin susu pekat - kalau suka manis, tambah susu pekat lagi * nak guna gula pasir pun boleh.
4. 1 bungkus biskut marie - dalam 350gm
5. 1 biji telur
6.2 sudu teh esen vanila

Cara:
1. Cairkan coklat masakan - cara double boil - guna microwave pun boleh.
2. Setelah coklat cair, masukkan susu cair dan susu pekat.
3. Kacau sehingga sebati dan biar mendidih sekejap.
4. Masukkan telur yang telah dipukul.
5.Masukkan esen vanilla.
6. Celup atau rendam biskut marie dan kacau perlahan-lahan.
7. Masukkan ke dalam loyang dan tekan perlahan-lahan hingga rata.
8. Simpan dalam peti sejuk. Hidang apabila sudah sejuk.


Tambahan:

- Kalau coklat lambat cair, campurkan saja dengan susu dan kacau perlahan-lahan sehingga coklat mencair.*Pastikan dikecilkan apinya.
- Kalau suka kek marie yang ranggup, jangan rendam biskut di dalam campuran coklat dan susu tadi. Sekadar celup dan susun biskut di dalam loyang. Tuangkan sahaja campuran coklat dan susu di atas biskut. Kemudian tekan perlahan-lahan.
- Boleh juga dimakan dengan vanilla ice cream.

KACAU KELEDEK - makanan tradisional




Manisan kegemaran masa saya kecil2. Tiba2 saya teringat kuih ni. Agaknya sebab saya masak gulai lemak udang campur keledek td. Tak sempat ambil gambar sebab dah licin ;)



Bahan-bahannya :
1/2 kg keledek - sy guna yang warna oren :) sepatutnya keledek putih/kuning
1 biji kelapa parut, jadikan santan 2 gelas
300 gram gula pasir
2 biji telur ayam
1 sudu teh vanilla
2 helai daun pandan

Cara Membuatnya :
1. Keledek dibersihkan, rebus dan lecek hingga halus. *(kalau dikisar pun boleh)
2. Satukan gula dan santan serta garam. Jerangkan atas api sederhana dan dikacau hingga likat.
3. Telur dipukul lalu dimasukkan ke dalam adunan santan gula bersama keledek lecek dan esen vanilla. Masukkan pewarna kuning - kalau guna keledek putih/kuning.
4. Kacau hingga cukup kental, tuang dalam acuan.


Nota:
Makanan ni biasanya dihidangkan pada hari raya. Makannya begitu sahaja tp saya suka sapu pada roti mcm kaya.

DEEP FRIED PORCUPINE....dare to try. :)



An old favourite that children usually enjoy. When cooked, the noodles in the meatballs sticks out, hence the name.

Ingredients:

200 g wheat flour
500 g lean minced beef
2 cups cooked dried noodles *mee segera - mamee/maggi/indo mie dll
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper
Finely chopped tender spring onion and corriander leaves or parsley leaves

Method:
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spoon mixture out.
  3. Deep fry until golden brown.
  4. Serve with chili sauce. Yummy!

* Nak 'kick' lagi masukkan cili padi dalam ingredients! Meleleh air mata makan resepi orang Portugis Melaka ni....

CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

1/2 cup butter
2-oz dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease.
In a small, heatproof bowl, melt butter and chocolate together. Stir with a fork until very smooth. Set aside to cool for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Whisking steadily, pour chocolate mixture into sugar mixture. Stir until smooth. Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt into the bowl and stir until just combined.
Pour into prepared pan and prepare cheesecake mixture.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop in dollops onto prepared brownie batter. Gently swirl two batters with a butter knife.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until brownies and cheesecake are set. A knife inserted into the cheesecake mixture should come out clean and the edges will be lightly browned.
Cool in the pan completely before slicing and serving, either at room temperature or chilled.
Brownies can be refrigerated, covered, for several days.

* Makes 16 large brownies.

BUBUR@PENGAT JAGUNG MANIS.....Cicah Roti!! :)




Cara-caranya.....

1@2 tin jagung ala krim/kernel-nak guna yang jagung segar pun ok.
1 tin evaporated milk/santan/fresh milk/low fat
1 sudu tepung jagung/custard - campur 2-3 sudu air
garam/gula secukup rasa
daun pandan - kalau suka
masak sampai mendidih dan serve dengan roti dan teh 'O'.

PUDING LAICI...paling mudah!! :D


1 pack @ 800gm serbuk agar2
1 tin laici dihiris halus
200 gm gula pasir
1/2 tin susu cair
1 liter air - agak2lah ya!*guna air laici pun ok juga, jadi kurangkan sukatan gula pasir.

*Campur semuanya dan masak atas api perlahan sehingga mendidih.Sejukkan dan hidang!

PISANG TANDUK...goreng kelesa!




Pisang tanduk dipotong serong sedikit. Goreng pisang sehingga berwarna kuning keemasan. Angkat dan toskan minyak. Sapu margerin dan taburkan gula. Boleh juga taburkan cinnamon powder atau keju parut atau ais krim.

KERABU MANGGA..dengan ayam celup telur! :)




Bahan A:
2 biji mangga muda - hiris memanjang
ikan bilis goreng - tumbuk halus
1 bungkus gajus goreng - tumbuk sebahagian dan sebahagian lagi biar sebiji2.
1 biji bawang besar - hiris nipis
cili padi - tumbuk lumat
sos ikan - nampla (*boleh juga diganti dgn Worcestershire Sauce campur asam jawa sikit)
cili hidup - potong dadu kecil2
daun salad - hiris
daun sup -hiris
limau nipis - perah limau
garam/gula - kalau perlu je ya.

Bahan B:
1 dada ayam hiris dan perap dlm nampla - 1 jam
kemudian, masukkan kesemuanya dalam tepung beras dan tepung gandum atau tepung jagung ( ganti tepung gandum)- masing2, 1 sudu penuh tepung.
Celup semua ayam dalam 1 biji telur dan goreng mcm telur dadar sehingga golden brown. Dah siap hiris halus.* rujuk gambar


Gaul semua bahan A dan B - hidangkan!
