SABZI KHORDAN - A Persian Tradition

Fresh Tarragon
Fresh Water Cress
Fresh Basil leaves
Fresh Mint
Fresh Oregano
Fresh Radishes
Fresh Scallions
Spring Onion
A bit of Garlic
Some Parsley

All ingredients above finely chopped.

Any variety cheese you like (best if goat cheese)
Plenty of Walnuts (soak in water or boiled slightly to avoid crunchiness)
Pita bread (warm up)
Olive oil (if you want sour you can go extra virgin, or light if you wish - or lemon olive oil)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and topped with cheese. Serve on a plate with dash of olive oil on top of greens but away from the cheese. Serve with warm pita bread or you may go with baguette if you wish. Squeeze in a bit of fresh lemon wedges for extra taste. Enjoy!

Sabzi Khordan in Persian means eating fresh green vegetables.
